  South West Music School starts in the community. Unique populations utilize us to design and implement creative quality programs to meet their music needs since 1995.
 
Classes
Classes follow the School District’s closure policies where the lessons/classes are taught. Contact your instructor for make up lesson/class. Open Registration Form listed below, print, and mail in with tuition. Students can join Orchestra at any time only with instructors permission.
 
Orchestra CLASS DESCRIPTION

South West Music School Presents: 

Beaverton Youth Orchestra

When:            Thursdays, 6:30-8pm

Where:           Cedar Park Middle School

Who:               Available for Level 4+ students.  Appropriate level middle school and private lesson students welcome.  Violin, viola & cello.

What:             Group will practice in sectionals and as an entire orchestra. 

                        Orchestra will perform at least twice during the 2010-2011 year.

How Much:   $410 if paid by July 31; $435 if paid after July 31

The goal of the teachers is to create a fun environment in which kids can try out playing an orchestra together as a group. The violin, viola and cello are the chosen instrument for this course -- even though many kids go on to try other instruments later. This after school programs are intended to provide young students with an opportunity to make friends and create a self-identity -- "of being a musician".

Parents are encouraged to observe classes. Parents may participate with the permission of the instructor. To observe a class this year, please contact the instructor.

If you would like to use PayPal to pay your tuition for SWMS Orchestra Lessons 2010-2011, There is a $5.00 processing fee.
